FAQs
Should I bring my own books and materials?
We have a library with fiction and nonfiction books, textbooks and dictionaries that are available to our students and teachers. Our teachers use this library depending on your program and skill level. However, if you already have materials that you feel comfortable using, by all means, bring them.

Are there classes for individuals with no previous Spanish knowledge?
Of course! Many of our students arrive with little to no previous Spanish knowledge. We have programs that are specifically designed for this. Our teachers have an incredible amount of experience with students lacking prior knowledge and they’ll have you speaking in no time!

Are there programs for children?
Yes! Many families study here at CBA and we have programs especially designed for their children.

Can CBA host large groups?
Yes! We have the experience and capacity to host large groups. We’ve hosted groups as large as 120 students. If you would like to make a group reservation or have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Can I take classes for more or less hours than what is displayed?
We can make accommodations for special schedules. Please contact us for more information.

When should I make my reservation?
You should make your reservation as soon as you’ve decided that you’re going to study at CBA. Additionally, when you inform us well in advance, it gives us the opportunity to make appropriate arrangements (i.e. program, teacher, family, volunteering opportunities, etc.).

Do I have to pay the registration fee?
All students, except returning students, have to pay a $50 registration fee. This fee allows us to begin customizing your program. Additionally, it goes towards site maintenance, school promotion, coordination with students and organizations, etc.
